She has a proven track record as an exceptional church administrator, coordinating, planning, and executing church events; training staff and volunteers; overseeing education programs and media communications. Dr. Deb is skilled in strategic planning, policy writing, and fostering collaborative relationships. She is an ordained minister, Adjunct Professor, editor, coach, and consultant who enjoys helping individuals and organizations meet their goals and fulfill their dreams.
